Children often need pastoral support for a number of reasons. They could be displaying signs of anxiety, have friendships issues, they could be experiencing a family member go through severe illness or a recent bereavement. The pastoral team are here to support not just your child but the whole family. Our team has grown over the past few years and we now have staff with specific skills and training to support in different areas.
Due to Covid-19 we have seen a change in family patterns e.g. loss of job, parental breaks up, loss of housing. If you have a change in circumstance please do contact us and let us know. support@bisley.surrey.sch.uk There are often ways in which we can support in school and/or signpost you to external support. If your employment status has changed you may be entitled to benefits to help support you and your children.
We do run our own foodbank from the school and we are able to help families with up to 3 emergency food parcels throughout the year. Please email support@bisley.surrey.sch.uk at the point at which you need it and we will be in contact with you.
Please do use the email support@bisley.surrey.sch.uk or phone 07553 180384 to keep us informed of any change to your family that we might be able to offer support with.
